If you’ve registered for general admission to the museum or purchased tickets to an event, you can view a complete list of those registrations here:

If you’ve registered for general admission to the museum or purchased tickets to an event, and would like to locate your ticket information, you may do so via one of the following:

• Email: Refer to the confirmation email and/or ticket email you received from ask@nelson-atkins.org after registering for the event.
• Online: Log in to your account and visit My Events

Most Nelson-Atkins tickets are emailed to you three days prior to the event date. If you’ve registered for an event that occurs more than three days from now, you may not yet have access to your tickets.

If you’ve registered for general admission to the museum for today, you may be unable to view your tickets on the My Events page. However, your tickets should still be accessible via email.

Please check that your email matches the account we have on file for you.

You can access your digital member card via your mobile device. A smartphone is required, but you won’t need to download an app.

Have your member ID ready before logging in. You’ll need to append the following characters to your ID:

• If your ID is six digits: add CN00 before your number
• If your ID is seven digits: add CN0 before your number

If you’re checking out online, you must be logged in to your Nelson-Atkins member account to receive applicable member discounts.
