Party Arty Committee Application

Mission of Party Arty Committee – Party Arty is a party with a purpose hosted by the Young Friends of Art supporting art education.

  • Please note: If you are not currently a member of the museum, you will be expected to join as a member to serve on the Party Arty Planning Committee.

  • The time commitment involved in the Party Arty Planning Committee varies depending on the committee assignment, but most committees will have their time commitment increase from an hour a month to several hours a month as the event approaches.
  • Interests


  • The Design & Marketing committee helps polish and refine the event theme and branding. They work to establish marketing partnerships with vendors and community partners and explore innovative guerilla marketing tactics for promotion and ticket sales.

    The Events Management committee works to create “night of” experience elements, including brainstorming and booking innovative entertainment, creating craft beverages, selecting or making decor, and ideating on ways to make Party Arty a one-of-a-kind immersive experience for guests
