Bark in the Sculpture Park
Sept. 27, 2025 | 1–4 pm
Free admission

Your furry friend’s favorite event returns! Bark in the Sculpture Park is a free afternoon of art, games, music, and treats for you and your four-legged companions. Our friends at KC Pet Project will be onsite with adoptable pups, and guests can enjoy free drink samples, an art scavenger hunt, puppy crafts, and more.
Although the event is free, registration is encouraged – guests will need to check-in and receive a wristband to access museum spaces including restrooms during the event. No pets (with the exception of service animals) are allowed inside the museum, so plan accordingly. Guests who pre-register will also be entered into a raffle.
All guests over the age of 21 can enjoy free samples provided by Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Museum members receive additional free samples from City Barrel Brewing and Vine Street Brewing. Bottles of water will be available at the member tent, and the Terrace Snack Bar will have beverages and snacks for purchase. Shake Shack will be providing biscuits for canine companions.
Please bring your own doggie poo bags! Designated pet relief areas will be clearly marked. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Have a dog’s day out – bring your own blankets or chairs to enjoy the Sculpture Park. Vendors will be onsite the entirety of the event, although the adoptable puppies from KC Pet Project may need to leave early if it gets too hot.
