- There is no food or beverage permitted in the Atkins Auditorium
- Rozzelle Court Restaurant is the exclusive caterer for events at the Nelson-Atkins

- For the safety and wellbeing of guests, the client will be responsible for an additional security cost ($100 every 30 minutes) if any guest(s) stays beyond the designated closure time
