The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art is one of the nation’s premier cultural institutions. Through free general admission, world-class exhibitions, and dynamic programming, the Nelson-Atkins invites people of all ages and backgrounds to explore curiosity and engage in creativity. Our collection includes over 45,000 works of art spanning 5,000 years of human ingenuity. The Nelson-Atkins is located at 4525 Oak St., Kansas City, MO 64111. Hours are 10 am–5 pm Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 10 am–9 pm Thursday and Friday, and closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Visit nelson-atkins.org to plan your experience.
