Accessibility

  • Cars may pull into the North Plaza Drive to pick up and drop off individuals where the sidewalk has curb cuts. 
  • Tivoli Under the Stars offers ADA preferred seating on paved surfaces inside the cinema. 
  • To reserve ADA preferred seating in advance, email ask@nelson-atkins.org or call 816.751.1278 24-hours before a scheduled film. 
  • Subtitles will be turned on for all film screenings. 
  • Special accommodation can be made for low-vision guests.

  • The Bloch Building Café area will remain open during screenings, and anyone is welcome there for a low sensory moment at any point during the film. 

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
