Night/Shift: Outer Range highlights landscape, sight, and sound as tools for exploring our ever-evolving relationship with the natural world.  From East Asia to the American Midwest, journey through the museum and take part in nature inspired activities, performances, and community projects. Whether you bike, hike, or low ride to traverse the land, come on down! 

About Night/Shift

Night/Shift shakes up the museum every few months with a free and free-form evening of creative encounters. Featuring live art, live acts, and fresh ways to explore the galleries, each Night/Shift spotlights Kansas City’s creative community and connects ideas across 5,000 years of artistic expression.
