[1] “A young girl holding a garland of roses, her fair hair falling in curls to her shoulders and wearing a white turban and matching dress with a red sash, foliage background with sky to sinister, mounted within a gold frame, the sides with bright-cut decoration and the reverse with plaited hair, oval 1 7/8 in.; 4.7 cm.” The annotated catalogue has a circled lot number and lists “720” below the lot description.
[2] “A young girl holding a garland of pink roses and foliage above her head in her left hand, facing right in white dress, brown sash, white turban headgear in her long curled fair hair; foliage background, oval, 1 13/16 in.
