Deaf Cultural Festival
Saturday, Sept 8 | 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Celebrate Deaf Culture and art with national artists and American Sign Language Poetry performances. Free and open to the public.
Minds in Motion Tour
In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association-Heart of America Chapter, the museum provides free gallery tours for those with memory loss and their care partners.
Ages 12 & up | FREE
Each month, a tactile tour is held for visitors who are visually impaired.
American Sign Language Tours
In partnership with the Museum of Deaf History, Arts & Culture, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art provides quarterly tours with ASL interpretation.
