At the top center of your screen, you will see the dark gray navigation bar. Using the left and right arrows, you can click through the different pages of the catalogue.

In the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you will find the menu bar (three horizontal lines). Click it to open, and then you can scroll through the table of contents (all sections, essays, and entries in the current volume) in the catalogue.
