Incentive Program

Incentive Program

The Incentive Grant program provides assistance to public schools for pre-K through 12th grade visits to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

All schools participating in the KC metropolitan area in a School-wide Title I program are eligible to receive Incentive Grant funds. The Kansas City metro is defined as Jackson, Clay, Wyandotte and Johnson (KS) counties. The Incentive Grant program will underwrite 100% of Studio Workshop costs and will issue a stipend to offset trip related expenses. For more information, email Incentive@nelson-atkins.org.

Funding for the incentive grant program is provided by the Louetta M Cowden Foundation, Bank of America, trustee; the Breidenthal-Snyder Foundation; the Frank and Margaret McGee Fund, Greater Kansas City Community Foundation; and the Oppenstein Brothers Foundation, Commerce Bank.
