Museum Safari - Workshop

Participants explore the Museum to discover how artists have portrayed animals in sculptural artworks. In the studio classroom, students manipulate clay to create a three-dimensional animal form. Surface texture is created using a “sgraffito” painting and carving technique.

Appropriate for grades: 2nd-4th

Maximum capacity: 110 students

The cost of Studio Workshops is $7.00 per student with a minimum of 15 students. One adult must accompany every 10 students.
